Visitors

The visitors metric shows you how many people came to your site (including new and returning visitors). 

For example, if 50 visitors came to the site today, 25 of them came back tomorrow along with 25 new visitors, the total count for both days would be 100 visitors.

How to track visitors

Here's how to know how many people visited your site:

1. In your dashboard, click the New metric button
2. In the dropdown, select "Visitors". You'll immediately see a preview chart with visitors data for the past 7 days.
3. You can easily view this metric later by giving it a name and clicking "Save to dashboard".

The metric will be added to your dashboard which you can re-order however you like.
