An update on the new and improved version of Nocodelytics

Why we decided to rebuild Nocodelytics and a sneak peak at the new version!

It's been a few months since we last shared an update on Nocodelytics. We've been hard at work on the new version and have a few updates to share.

We're excited to open up access to the new and improved version very soon! In this update, I wanted to tell you more about our decision to rebuild the app, what you can expect from the first release and when you can expect to get your hands on it.

Why are we rebuilding Nocodelytics?

The original version of Nocodelytics was built by me (Sarwech) back in June 2020. It was an MVP that helped me test the hypothesis that a better analytics tool was needed specifically for Webflow.

Thanks to feedback from customers, we refined the app, made it more useful and developed new features for a number of use cases.

But in the end it was still an MVP and wasn't really built to handle the millions of events being thrown at it (!). This occasionally led to errors and frustrating timeouts for some users. Not the kind of experience we were aiming for at all.

Now, we (as in my co-founder Florian) are building Nocodelytics the right way.

What is the new Nocodelytics about?

It's a brand new app, built from the ground up to give you the best insights for your Webflow site, no matter how fast you're growing.

Here's what you can look forward to in the new version:

  • Sign up with Webflow. Use your Webflow account to sign up, choose your websites and then simply copy the snippet.
  • Fast analytics. Like, really fast. We've rebuilt our entire infrastructure with the goal of delivering results as quickly as possible.
  • Customise your dashboard. A much requested feature, you'll be able to reorganize and resize all of your metrics.
  • Revamped and smarter metrics setup. The new version can automatically suggest element IDs based on the kind of metric you're setting up.

Of course, we'll continue to get feedback from our users and improve the product with new features every week!

As we've gone with an entirely different infrastructure more suited to faster analytics, existing Nocodelytics data will not carry over to the new version. We tried very hard to find a solution for this but, in the end, we realised that the only way to solve the app issues was to redesign everything.

When can I use it?

We'll be rolling out early access for existing customers starting later this month.

Right now, we're doing feedback sessions on the onboarding/signup flow, dashboard and metrics setup. If you want to have a first look and give us your feedback, send me a Twitter DM or email us. We love hearing from fellow Webflow fans and members of the no-code community.

We're excited to help you find much better insights from Webflow with the new Nocodelytics!
